Delivery & Returns

*Next Day Delivery to Mainland UK is now available on the vast majority of our product range.

We aim to deliver ‘Next Day’ on all stock product orders placed before 1pm; any orders placed after 1pm will be delivered the next subsequent working day. Orders placed on a Thursday after 1pm will be delivered on the following Monday.

Please note that both AM deliveries & Saturday deliveries are suspended until further notice due to the current national logistic crisis.

The cost of delivery is calculated depending on the size, weight, volume and delivery location of your order.

We only use affordable and reputable national shipping agents such as Parcelforce Worldwide, DPD Local and THE Pallet Network to ensure peace of mind that your order arrives reliably and on time.

Note certain regions may be excluded from our ‘Next Day’ delivery service, replaceable with a 2-3 Day service such as the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland & the Isles of Scilly.

Bulky items such as scaffolding equipment and non-mechanical builders plant are delivered on our very own fleet of GR Heavy Goods Vehicles within 2-3 days from order.

All ‘Click & Collect’ or ‘Trade Counter’ collections should be pre-booked in advance of your arrival.

We offer a 14 Day refund policy should you not be 100% satisfied with your purchase from our store.

For returns to be authorised and eligible for refund, the items returned must be unused and in the original packaging provided.

For any returns, first please contact us to make the necessary arrangements complete with your order details.

Please note that George Roberts does not cover the logistical costs for any returns made.

George Roberts shall not incur no liability for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances that are beyond our control.

All sales are conducted in line with our standard terms of sale, a copy of which are available upon request.
